- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray your muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Brown the sausage until cooked through. Drain and set aside.
- While your sausage browns, mix together your pancake mix, milk, butter and egg until barely combined. Add sausage and cheese and stir to combine.
- Portion your muffins and bake for 20-25 minutes.
