Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method

  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Add peanut butter and egg. Stir until combined.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix just until combined.
  4. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Flip gently, as pancakes are fragile.
  5. Serve with a drizzle of syrup.
