- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Mash bananas.
- Add peanut butter and egg. Stir until combined.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Flip gently, as pancakes are fragile.
- Serve with a drizzle of syrup.
